These terms govern your use of the Skolia website and demo request process, and, once your school onboards, your use of the Skolia platform. By submitting a demo request or using Skolia, you agree to these terms.
1. Demo Requests
Submitting a demo request through our website does not guarantee acceptance or immediate onboarding. We review each request and follow up to schedule a discovery call, typically within one business day.
2. Platform Availability
Demo environments, pilot schedules, and onboarding timelines are subject to availability and may vary by school size and season (e.g. school resumption periods).
3. The Free Pilot
Eligible schools receive a free, full-access pilot period (currently three weeks) covering all roles — Owner, Admin, Teacher, Parent, and Student — at no charge and with no payment details required to begin. Continuing on Skolia after the pilot requires a paid subscription under our published or quoted pricing.
4. Intellectual Property
All Skolia software, branding, designs, and materials remain the property of Cyber Nate. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of Skolia's intellectual property to a school or user.
5. Acceptable Use
Users must provide accurate information when requesting a demo or using the platform, and must not use Skolia to store or transmit unlawful content, or attempt to access data outside their assigned role and school.
6. Pricing
Published pricing on this website is indicative. Actual subscription pricing, including any fair-use adjustments for schools with an unusual staff-to-student ratio or multiple branches, is confirmed during onboarding.
7. Data Ownership
Your school retains ownership of the student, staff, and parent data entered into Skolia. We process this data solely to provide the service to your school, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to These Terms
Skolia may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
