Privacy Policy

Skolia ("we," "us," "our") is an AI school operating system developed by Cyber Nate, built for Nigerian schools. This policy explains what information we collect when you request a demo or use Skolia, and how we handle it.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit a demo request through our website, we collect:

Once your school becomes a Skolia customer, we also process the data you and your staff enter into the platform — student records, attendance, fees, and academic information — strictly to operate the service for your school.

2. Why We Collect It

We use this information to:

3. Data Security

Skolia uses industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage and access controls scoped to your school. We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to run Skolia, which may process data on our behalf:

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel), this policy and our cookie notice will be updated accordingly before they go live.

5. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your school's data at any time by contacting us. School administrators control their own staff, student, and parent records within the platform in line with our Session Rollover and data retention practices — records are archived, not deleted, when a student or staff member leaves.

6. Children's Data

Skolia is used by schools to manage student records on behalf of the school, not directly marketed to children. Student data is entered and controlled by the school, and access is scoped by role (student, parent, teacher, admin) per our platform's permission model.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as Skolia grows. Material changes will be communicated to registered schools directly.
